For best results and long term enjoyment of your sparkling wine, we suggest making the investment in a wine chiller, sometimes also know as a cooler.

Please consider that sparkling wine bottles are considerably larger then still wine bottles, therefore a cooler listed at 60 bottles, may in fact only hold 30 or 40. Also, try and find a cooler that has adjustable racks so that you can fit in more bottles.

If you have a cool, dry location in your home, such as a basement, you may wish to get a wood storage rack like the ones shown below. They are considerably less expensive then the refrigerated ones and many, as the two shown below, are specifically built to hold normal champagne bottles as well as a magnums.
