BRUT, HUMBOLDT COUNTY (Methode Champenoise) A perennial favorite here in Humboldt, this sparkling wine is produced from 70% Pinot Noir Blanc and 30% Chardonnay. Classically rendered with aromas of apple, biscuit, and rich toasted almonds. Dry and smooth on the mouth with a very fine mousse. Serve VERY cold with hors d’oeuvres.
BRUT ROSE, HUMBOLDT COUNTY (Methode Champenoise)
This is our first Rose in many years. It is a pale salmon color with appley and yeasty aromas. The flavor is fresh, crisp and dry with Pinot Noir flavors. Limited quantity.

We currently offer Humboldt Brut NV, Humboldt Brut Reserve 1999, Humboldt Blanc de Noir, and Humboldt Brut Rose. All are made Methode Champenoise. The cool climate of the hillside vineyards of Humboldt County is perfect for producing the high acid grapes needed for fine sparkling wines.
Come to our Semi Annual Open House Tasting Event – Memorial Day Weekend, May 29 & 30 1-5. We will pour at least 2 of our Sparkling Wines along with our full line of bright white wine and Pinot Noirs from Humboldt County. Hope you can make it!
