This is the home of many fine sparkling wine producers, most of them located in the Temecula Valley and Escondido areas just north of San Diego.
If you are planning to visit Southern California for an extended period of time, you should plan a day or two to explore some of these fine sparkling wine producers. Most of these wineries produce more than one type of sparkling wine and many of the time you can only find their sparklers at their location.
